24 Day Challenge

I’m starting the 24 Day Challenge. I don’t want to talk about it excessively, so I just figured I’d create a little page about what it is, and what people have gotten from it.

So what is it?

From the site: The 24-Day Challenge™ is a comprehensive supplementation and nutrition program. Give your body the jumpstart it needs to help you reach your goals.* There’s something for everyone: weight management, energy, overall body composition or overall wellness.

Basically, it is a jumpstart. It’s a plateau buster. It’s a muscle builder. It’s a badass maker. At least, that’s what I get from it from the people at my box that have done it.

The challenge is split into 2 Phases: The Cleanse Phase and the Max Phase. You take a combination of products, while still eating all day mind you, and your body transforms. Now, a lot of the people I know that have done it are pretty fit already, so this will be a new experience for me, to see how it affects me. I still have a stomach that I’m trying to lose. I still have some arm jiggle that I need to kick to the curb. I also need to start treating my body better. Yes, I eat pretty well, but I also need to start fortifying my workouts with additional nutrition, which is another reason I’m interested in the challenge. So we will see how it goes!
